With great excitement we are planning another fabulous Country Fete in honour of West Melton School. At the heart of the local community the school does a fantastic job providing a wonderful place for children to learn and grow. Our previous Fetes were a huge success and allowed us to purchse new playgrounds and outdoor areas for the school.

The fete will be held on
Sunday 28 March 2021, 10am to 3pm
West Melton School, 743 Weedons Ross Rd

The fete will include all your typical country fair attractions: great food, drinks & baking, stalls offering everything you can imagine, crazy games and challenges for all ages, great offerings & displays from local businesses, a range of fantastic local Canterbury entertainment

The Fete is being spearheaded by a subcommittee of the Friends of West Melton School (formally the PTA). This volunteer committee has been charged with the event creation, fundraising, communications and implementation of the fete.

Our school community is excited to provide stalls selling: home baking, sweets, their own creations and some fun entertainment stalls. We'd love to invite the wider community to take part in what is going to be a fun day for the area. If you think you can complement what we have on offer or would like to apply for a stall please fill out the form below or contact: info@westmeltonfete.co.nz

Please note this year we are not supplying powered sites.

We have the following stall sizes available:
3m x 3m - $70, 6m x 3m - $100, 3m x 3m corner site (6m of frontage) - $100, 6m x 3m corner site (12m of frontage) - $120

Most stalls will be on grassed areas with easy vehicle access.

A huge thank you to last years sponsors.
